The staff is incredibly nice, that's an advantage, Make sure to get double room with showers, coffee, wonderful air conditioning.

The location was perfect and incredible: local supermarkets and shops were within walking distance. The restaurant was good with very friendly staff, I tried tasty dishes. The service was very good during all my lovely stay.

Characterful base for discovering Lloret de Mar with consistently courteous staff from the room attendants to restaurant staff and receptionists. Fab setting, not far from the bus station, main restaurants and the commercial area and the airport. Close to Santuari de Sant Pere del Bosc and other tourist attractions. Amazing breakfast with local food, watered coffee plus sweet, lovely views.

Wi-Fi was slow.

There were spacious beds and a balcony, free wireless internet access, and a safe box in the queen room. The bar had lots of great meals for breakfast. The location was fab and magnificent, close to a bus station. Bars and restaurants were also close to the hotel.

The breakfast is very very good with watered coffee and local food, for example, had everything you could imagine.

The value for money at Hotel Helios was fantastic. The room was clean, had a great balcony, and all the necessary extras. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could've made breakfast better was more variety in terms of fresh items, such as salad and vegetables.

the canteen staff were very rude..the noise in the hotel was unbelievable all night long and thats comming fron a young person..definetly not a family place..only good if you are german not 1 brittish person in sight.

It was a really nice experience. Everything was very good, breakfast was very very good! The hotel had fab, magnificent location, we were close to a bus stop. Set close to bars and restaurants, it was a plus.

Fairly clean accommodation, very amiable and caring staff from the room attendants to restaurant staff and receptionists. Absolutely superb, great breakfasts with local food and sweet, for instance.
